Client: Gynaecologic Praxis Dr. Julia Kühl and Arianna Seddighi
Until now the Praxis for Gynaecology and Obstetrics was located in the heart of Düsseldorf-Oberkassel in a luxurious old residential building on Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring 1. External circumstances made a change of residence imperative and it therefore was decided to acquire a new location in the development aera Belsenplatz behind the old Oberkassel railway station.
A change of terms of use allowed the planing of the praxis according to the necessary procedures and needs. Thus an optimal professionally qualified installation on the new 162 square meters site with existing elements of furniture and objects of art from the previous praxis was guaranteed.
